Our recipes have gone through many changes since we first started as a macrobiotic vegan company. At Laura’s Idea, we understand that everyone should listen to their body and eat what feels right for them. Today, we have a range of vegetarian and pescatarian dishes including this Salmon Salad. Of course, the wild pacific salmon we use is sustainably sourced and rich in omega 3 fatty acids. Naturally, the cucumber, dill and lemon dressing pairs perfectly with the salmon in this salad.
Salmon Salad – 270g
Wild salmon 19% (salmon 99% [fish], sea salt 1%), green salad leaves, rocket, parsley, radish, tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, peppers, organic sweet corn, green olives, seeds (sunflower, flax, pumpkin). Homemade sauce: cucumbers, dill, organic lemon juice, onions, garlic, black pepper, sea salt, olive oil.
