To demonstrate, we made our Vegetarian Sushi with brown rice, sauerkraut, carrots and cucumber – a combination of vegan and gut-friendly, delicious ingredients. As a result, it’s the art of combining the perfect, fresh ingredients that will tingle your taste buds.
Vegetarian Sushi – Vegan – 175g
Organic brown rice 42%, sauerkraut (salt, cabbage), carrots, cucumbers, mustard (water, mustard, wheat, salt, lemon), nori seaweed, soya sauce (GM-free soya beans, wheat, sea salt, koji), lemon juice.
