Do you know what cake dish the Romans’ contributed to the culinary world? Interestingly, they were the first recorded cheesecake makers! Our version of the classic dessert builds on years of experience, and it helps that Laura is, after all, Italian. Like all of our products, we like to keep things simple by using only natural ingredients. For our vegetarian customers, you can be rest assured that we only use vegetarian ricotta in our Cheesecake!

Cheesecake – 260g
Vegetarian ricotta 64% (milk, vegetarian rennet), almond milk 21%, oat flakes, organic coconut flakes, berry fruits (raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, strawberry), organic agave syrup, vanilla extract (vanilla bean, alcohol).
