Cheesecake is quite a popular dessert item, but add chocolate to it and you have a decadent cake that you won’t be able to resist! Laura’s Idea uses fresh vegetarian ricotta, raw organic cacao powder and coconut sugar to create this creamy Chocolate Cheesecake. In fact, it’s probably the most guilt-free one out there. Ingredients:
Fresh vegetarian ricotta cheese 64% (milk, vegetarian rennet), organic cacao powder, organic coconut sugar, oat flakes, organic coconut flakes, walnuts, organic almond milk, vanilla extract (vanilla beans, alcohol).
